Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer manages the financial department and sets the direction for the accounting team. They provide leadership is preparing financial reports, analyzing budgets, and looks for financial risks.

Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for making sure all the needs of employees, clients, and investors are meet. The CEO is also in charge of making the long term decisions for the company. CEO’s overall duty is creating order, structure, and organization for the business. 

Marley Burgner

Executive Director of Communications

The Executive Director of Communications manages all social media platforms and the public image of the business. The Director controls the flow of the business internal and external. They work directly with everyone in the business to ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.

Chief Innovation Officer

The Chief Innovation Officer is primarily responsible for overseeing the marketing and sales department in the company. The CIO helps their team generate new ideas along with improving old ideas. In addition the CIO sets goals for the marketing department and tries to bring in more clients.

Kaeli Franzen

Chief Administrative Officer

The Chief Administrative Officer oversees Human Resources and the daily operations of the business. Along with daily operations, the CAO sets the responsibilities for each individual and department. The CAO is in charge of managing policies, guidelines, and conflicts within the company.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Department manages the daily operations of the business as well as employees relation, payroll, and policies. HR documents conflicts, absences, performance reports, salaries, benefits, and more. 

Gillian Snyder

Vice President of Marketing

The Vice President of Marketing and Sales analyzes the effectiveness of selling and marketing methods. The VP is the primary link between the CIO and the marketing and sales team. The VP works to create a better system of communication and effectiveness in the marketing department.

Emily Gregg

Marketing and Sales

The Marketing and Sales team contributes ideas, research, and information about the business. The team is responsible for creating colors, logos, and designs for marketing plans. In addition, they analyze trends and data to see what needs to be improved in the marketing department.

Caleb Park

Accounting

The accounting team is responsible for analyzing the financial reports and working directly with the CFO to complete financial documents. They collect information in order to complete the financial tasks. 

Rich Johnson

Communications

Communications are responsible for making sure the website is easy to use and appealing to all clients. The Communications team also works directly with the Executive Director of Communications to make sure the company is working properly.
